Advantages of Split Mast Section

1. The surface of entire steel structure are pretreated with shot blast technique to remove the traces of rust, meanwhile increase the adhesion and durability of paint.

2. Panel design mast section possesses excellent strength, easy installation, economical maintenance along with convenient transport. It can save at least 60% of the transportation cost compared with monobloc mast structure.

3. The panels provided with ladder fixing gussets must be face to face.

4. The panels are assembled by 20 special fishplate bolts.In every case , the heads of the bolts are on the outside

5. The assembling of masts between each other is by means of 8 shafts connected 2*2 by 4 pins and equipped 

with a set of accesses as described.
